What We Offer
Our goal is to simplify and humanize primary care for you and your family. With that in mind, we try to offer as much as possible through membership in our clinic.

We think you should see your doctor without worrying about which (or how many) visits are “covered.”
All office visits are included, period.
That’s 30-90 minutes, not the 5-10 minute speed-date most providers are forced into. And no, you will not spend this time filling out endless, redundant forms!
When appropriate, we will provide you with the medication for that visit. No need for an extra trip to the pharmacy for that antibiotic.
We also think that you and your family should be seen in a timely manner…not weeks (or months) from when you need to be seen. We keep appointments open in our schedule, so our patients can be taken care of, not have to go to an urgent care (or in some cases the ER).

All standard labs included (BMP, CMP, A1c, TSH, CBC, Lipids/Cholesterol, etc.)
Also, non-standard labs are significantly discounted. We make deals with the laboratories to get you the best possible prices. You will likely be pleasantly surprised at how affordable many of these are!
We draw our labs in house, so no need to make a separate trip!

Need something done? If we can do it in the office, let us take care of it! No extra charge for performing the procedure. Here are a few of the things we offer:

Some supplies or devices will need a restocking fee, but we work with our suppliers to make this as affordable as possible.

Of course it’s usually best to come in to the clinic to be seen. But, we understand that it’s not always practical. So, we are happy to take care of you over the phone if we can.
Maybe we can help by sitting in on a specialist consultation.
And, yes, you read that right. House calls! When necessary, we’ll come to you. No time machine required….
How Membership works
Monthly Membership
A monthly fee (based on age) gets you membership to our clinic.
Monthly rates: Newborn to 18 - $50 18 to 65 - $110 65 on - $140
Employee group rate:
$100
We provide your primary care needs.
The vast majority of regular doctor visits, labs and urgent care medication are included. We strive to do as much as possible at no extra charge.
Outside care
Specialist, emergency room, expensive imaging/labs, and other outside care is usually covered by a your own high-deductible insurance, HSA or out of pocket. We do not require you to have insurance coverage, but it’s a good idea. Eliminating primary care from your insurance premiums can make things much more affordable!
Pay monthly or yearly.
You can cancel at any time. A yearly membership gets you one month for free!
We do ask for an initial enrollment/restart fee.
